We take the time to identify the actual cause, specify the right repair, and execute to a standard that lasts. If that means a longer job or a different recommendation than you were hoping for, we'll tell you honestly.
Every quote we give is free, in writing, and no-obligation. We don't use scare tactics. We don't inflate to leave room for "discount" negotiation. We don't upsell repairs into re-roofs unless the roof genuinely needs replacing. The price you're quoted is the price you'll pay — and we'll explain exactly what's included and what isn't.
Every major job comes with a written 10-year workmanship guarantee. Materials carry their own manufacturer warranties on top. We're fully insured with £5m public liability cover, certificate available on request. We don't display badges we haven't earned yet.

Every job starts with a survey. We look at the roof in person, use a drone where access is awkward, and show you what we found before we talk about price. The quote you get afterwards is a fixed price in writing, and it sets out:
